Hospice Care of VNA of Care New England will hold its Annual Interfaith Memorial Service on Wednesday, May 19, 2011 at 6:00 pm, at St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick, Rhode Island. This non-denominational service provides an opportunity for families, friends, and caregivers of those individuals who have passed away to come together for a special evening of prayer, music and reflection. Individuals who received hospice care from VNA of Care New England and passed away after April 1, 2010 will be remembered during the reading of the Roll of Remembrance.
Father David Ricard of St. Gregory the Great Church and Hospice Care of VNA of Care New England team members will participate in the service. Music will be provided by The Young Womens' Vocal Ensemble. All community members are welcome and invited to participate in this free event, however, registration is requested by calling 401-681-1150, extension 1026 with the names of those attending.
VNA of Care New England, founded in 1908, is a nonprofit Medicare and Medicaid certified home care and hospice agency, service the home health, hospice and community health needs of adults throughout Rhode Island. The agency employs more than 200 health care professionals and paraprofessionals and is accredited by the Joint Commission.
