Physical therapy is one component of a comprehensive array of rehab services offered in patients' homes when prescribed by a doctor.  Treatment plans are centered around the patient's unique home environment.

VNA of Care New England's physical therapists help patients restore movement and function, ease pain, and increase strength and mobility. Using a wide range of techniques, they work in the patient's home to evaluate and treat problems with moving, balance, strength, and conditioning.
